We were buying a newly built, move-in ready property, and Lisa immediately recognized an opportunity to negotiate given the builder had multiple completed homes still on the market. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, Lisa secured an additional price reduction on top of the builder’s prior discounts—allowing us to purchase our home for over $100,000 below the original listing price. She didn’t stop there. She also negotiated for the builder to include a new refrigerator, washer and dryer, and blinds throughout the home. On top of that, she successfully arranged for all of the brushed nickel cabinet hardware to be replaced with the black hardware we preferred, which made the home feel even more customized to us. Long distance relo - GREAT Customer Service. I" accidentally" met Lisa when I inquired on a Condo related to a question I had on the garage. Since it was a 1-car, I had to pass. However, Lisa took an interest in my requirements and she ran from there. Lisa prepared a nice document summarizing/comparing 7 associations in the area that were contenders, and we zoned in on a Condo in no time. I found the property I wanted and within a few days I made a successful offer, and closed a month later. There were some bumps in the road on the financial side - - and Lisa used her vast expertise to assist the bank with ensuring I closed. Long distance relo - GREAT Customer Service. I" accidentally" met Lisa when I inquired on a Condo related to a question I had on the garage. Since it was a 1-car, I had to pass. However, Lisa took an interest in my requirements and she ran from there. Lisa prepared a nice document summarizing/comparing 7 associations in the area that were contenders, and we zoned in on a Condo in no time.
