Lisa and her team went above and beyond to sell our house. They suggested fixes and changes to make the house more appealing - inside and out. We are so thankful that we asked Lisa to be our realtor.  She carried us through the Covid times, and provided substantial expertise in the sale of our house.  She did a wonderful job staging the house, hired a great photographer, did a very nice video tour, and provided live virtual showings.  She has in-depth knowledge about Arvada and its local areas, which helped us better understand the asking price of our house.  She skillfully handled the transaction, and explained several nuances that helped close the transaction.     

One of the things that greatly increased our respect for Lisa was that she listens to the feedback of every realtor showing the house.  This helped us make adjustments in ways which substantially helped show and close on our house.  She was not afraid to spend substantial energy to help improve the house.  In addition, she has numerous contractor contacts that helped us understand what improvements were needed for the home to show better. 

Lisa has excellent technical and communication skills, and fully explained the offer, counteroffer, and settlement options.  She anticipated our communication needs, and was not pushy.  Lisa has the experience to take the process in stride, and she helped us through the peaks and valleys that come with the sale of a house.
